A. Deadlift @ 20X1, 4 x 4, rest 2 min: 225, 235, 235, 235 felt kind of heavy

B1. Front Rack RFE Deficit Split Squat @ 30X1, 4 x 7/leg **front foot on 45# bumper, back knee still touches ground: 65lbs - felt better- still sucked

B2. Seated DB Z-Press @ 20X2, 4 x 10, rest 60 sec: 10lbs - felt tough

C1. DB Walking Lunges, 3 x 16 steps, rest 60 sec: 30lbs (maybe forgot to write down what weight i used)
C2. Cable Tricep Extensions, 3 x 15 reps, rest 60 sec: 50lb
