Goblet Squat- 20lb kb, back to wall to keep myself up right 30on/30off
A1. Half Kneeling Single Arm Landmine Press @ 30X3, 4 x 12/arm, rest as needed: 55lbs felt good was challenging
A2. Front Rack Step Ups, 4 x 8/leg, rest as needed: 65,75,75,75 (prob could done more)
B1. Goblet Cossack Squat, 4 x 10/leg, rest 60 sec b/w legs: 20lb was easier than last week, but still need to work on form and depth
B2. Supinated Grip Inverted Bar Row @ 20X2, 4 x 6-8, rest 60 sec: 8 reps all sets, easier than last week
C. Hollow Rock, 4 x 40 sec, rest as needed: 1:30 sec in btwn and was hard!!
