A. Deadlift @ 20X1 4x5 rest 2 mins

135,185, 205,205

B1. Front Rack RFE  @30X1  4x8/leg deficit split squat front foot on 45lb plate

used bar only for weight, knee wasn't touching ground got as close as possible,and balance was all over

B2. Seated DB Z Press @ 20X2 4x10 rest 60 secs

15lb, 12.5lb for last 3 sets

B1/B2 was a hard superset, caught myself taking extra rest time

C1. DB walking lunge 3x20 rest 60 sec (25lbs)

C2. Cable tricep extentions 3x15 rest 60

17.5lbs, 22.5, 22.5


Conditioning
21-15-9 burpees/ v ups 7:22

Wanted to finish under 7 mins, finished last set of burpees at 6:25.. abs wouldn't allow me to bust out last v-ups.. they were toast
